Latex Rubber Balloons We often get people phoning us at Balloonland asking if we do balloons! We are able to offer all types of balloons ranging from standard and pearl latex balloons through to modelling balloons and jumbo balloons. Our foil balloon range includes plain and message foil balloons as well as foil shapes and numbers. The new 'singing' balloons are also available. If you need ribbon to tie the balloons to we offer a wide range of colours. Airwalker balloons such as a full size Mickey Mouse are lots of fun and we stock a wide variety of character balloons. Helium Gas Balloon gas is often referred to as helium but it actually is a mixture of helium and a little air. Without helium balloon gas the balloons will not float. Inflated with air they will simply fall to the ground. Helium balloon gas is a safe, inert, non-toxic, non-inflammable gas. Despite this the gas has to be used with common sense as it can cause asphyxiation if inhaled. 11" latex balloons must be inflated with helium the day they are required and not the night before unlike foil balloons that can be inflated a couple of days in advance. There are 3 size helium balloon gas cylinders available. The smallest 'V' size will inflate approximately 110 11" latex balloons whereas a 'T' size helium balloon gas cylinder will inflate approximately 220. For larger quantities an 'L' helium balloon gas cylinder may be better and this helium cylinder will allow you to inflate up to 600 11" latex balloons.

Pinata Pinatas have been used in South America and Spain for many years and are becoming very popular now in the UK. There are pull-pinatas as well as regular pinatas available. Fill the pinata with goddies, usually sweets, and with the pinata stick take turns in attempting to batter the pinata to be able to get to the goodies. A pull-pinata is opened by simply pulling the ribbons attached at the bottom. To make it more fun why not try the pinata mask and attempt to hit the pinata blindfolded. Stock changes very quickly with pinatas so it is best to double-check availability first. The most popular pinatas such as the donkey pinata are usually in stock.

Seasonal Events Special calendar events are dates throughout the year that happen at the same time year after year. Party goods & balloons are available for these special calendar events such as Christmas, New Year, Halloween, Easter, St Patrick's Day, Valentine's Day, St George's Day.

 | Candles Birthday candles are a must for every birthday. Try imagining a birthday cake without them. Candles can also be used to celebrate anniversaries. We have regular candles and candle holders as well as sparkler candles, themed candles and also number candles. Magic Relight candles and Musical Birthday candles are also available.

Confetti There has always been wedding confetti but the confetti that is requested more often is metallic table confetti also known as sprinkles. These types of confetti can be used for absolutely every occasion. We have star shaped confetti available as well as heart shaped confetti. Number confetti such as '21' is in stock and we have confetti for occasions such as wdddings and birthdays. A simple way to decorate a tablecover is to sprinkle metallic confetti over it. A bag of confetti can be used for 1 - 3 tables usually although we are mostly asked to supply a bag per table.
