Delivery & Postage
Assuming your products are available and in stock we will pack and despatch your order within 24 hours but please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
Postage and Packing starts from £5.00 within the UK and Ireland. You will be advised of the actual shipping costs prior to finalising your order.
Goods will be despatched by 1st class post but may take longer to arrive at non-UK addresses. Items over 3kg will be dispatched by Parcel Force. Please allow up to 4-5 days for Delivery by Parcel Force
When we are out of stock of goods we will contact you with estimated delivery times to enable you to cancel the order if it is going to be too long.
Collections
If you live locally and would like to collect your order from our shop in Mill Hiill (see Contact Information) please call beforehand to ensure your order is ready and no charge will be made.
Helium Gas
Orders containing helium gas are delivered by courier. Some delivery restrictions may apply so please contact Michael or Pauline at the Mill Hill shop on 0800 781 3448.
Returns
Any refunds will be made directly through the Secure Trading payment system.
